About the role
- Licensed Practical Nurse providing hands on advanced care for patients in home care and facility settings throughout Michigan. Licensed Practical Nurses collaborate with contracted facilities and provide ongoing training and supervision of aides.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands on advanced care in accordance with medical orders: tilt-table, advanced bowel programs, medication set ups, colostomy/catheter care, trachea care, feeding tubes, training and supervision of aides, etc.
- Work facility staffing shifts with our contracted facility partners
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License through the state of Michigan
- 6 months recent, relevant experience (in Facility Staffing, or Home Care)
- Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance (if applicable)
- Updated TB Test, agree to Covid-19 testing as required.
- Must be able to pass a background check
