Responsibilities
Conduct heuristic evaluations on full websites (Home, Category, Product Pages) and checkout flows to identify friction points.
Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings (using tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar).
Perform Message Match audits to ensure ad copy aligns with the website content.
Analyze conversion funnels in Google Analytics 4 to identify exactly where users are dropping off and discover underperforming segments.
Gather qualitative data from customer surveys and reviews to understand the "Why" behind the "What."
Assist in prioritizing test ideas using scoring frameworks like ICE & PIE to ensure we focus on the opportunities with the highest potential impact on revenue.
Assist in formulating strong, data backed hypotheses for A/B tests.
Set up and launch A/B tests using tools like VWO, FigPii, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
Monitor live tests to ensure data accuracy and statistical significance.
Create clear, actionable reports summarizing audit findings and test results.
Translate complex data into simple insights for our clients.
Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, or UX Research.
Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with numbers and Excel & Google Sheets, You know the difference between a hunch and a fact.
Tool Proficiency: Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and funnel analysis. Experience with heatmap tools Clarity & Hotjar is essential.
Basic Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML & CSS is highly preferred (you need to know how to inspect an element or change a button color).****
