Responsibilities
Make prompt contact with inbound leads and actively prospect potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email and other designated channels, creating strategic connections;
Research accounts and decision-makers in advance to ensure more targeted approaches;
Identify pain points, context and lead maturity, qualifying opportunities based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
Conduct consultative conversations and deliver the initial solution presentation, validating product-market fit;
Schedule strategic meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover;
Keep activities, cadences and the pipeline organized, with continuous and detailed updates in the CRM;
Meet SLAs and track performance metrics and targets (including KPIs);
Conduct structured follow-ups to avoid missed opportunities;
Contribute suggestions to optimize processes and develop new commercial strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, in any field.
Previous experience as an SDR or BDR;
Experience with CRM tools;
Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, BANT or similar);
Understanding of sales funnels and SaaS business models;
Excellent verbal and written communication, with clarity, conciseness and confidence;
Organized and disciplined in managing the funnel and daily activities;
