Responsibilities
- Lead and own product strategy and execution for your assigned segment, guiding products through full-cycle development from ideation to launch to iteration that impact millions of taxpayers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize roadmap, and drive daily execution through hands-on collaboration
- Deeply understand both enterprise partners and end-user needs to identify the right problems to solve and ensure we're delivering meaningful value
- Document and communicate product decisions, strategy, and roadmap to create organizational alignment and drive informed decision-making
- Balance long-term product vision with tactical execution, leveraging technical depth to ship relentlessly and iterate based on impact
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience
- Background in FinTech, payments, insurance tech, legal tech, or finance-adjacent tech companies
- Strong bias toward execution and shipping
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with ease—comfortable diving into technical complexity and day-to-day operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility with time zone collaboration (comfortable with 7am - 8am ET start time)
- Experience as an independent operator who can own a vertical end-to-end
- Experience with B2B2C embedded applications
- Track record building consumer-facing products with a focus on user empathy and delight
- Domain expertise in tax planning, advisory, or related disciplines
