Responsibilities
This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining driver-partners through targeted campaigns, communications, and on-ground activations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in growth marketing, partner communications, and performance analysis withinthe TNVS space.
**Key** **Responsibilities**
Support the planning and execution of driver acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns
Assist in creating driver-facing communications (SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, emails, social posts)
Coordinate with operations and driver support teams for on-ground and digital activations
Help track and analyze campaign performance (driver sign-ups, activation rates, supply hours, retention)
Conduct market and competitor research related to driver incentives and supply programs
Assist in maintaining campaign trackers, databases, and reporting dashboards
Support creative development for driver marketing materials (posters, FAQs, onboarding guides)
Help gather and organize driver feedback to improve programs and communications
Requirements

Interest or experience in growth marketing and lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with TNVS, ride-hailing
Basic knowledge in Google workspace
Can write scripts/captions/texts for driver communications
