Responsibilities
Lead projects in the automotive and digitalization space and coordinate interdisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, efficiency, and accountability for results.
Build state-of-the-art expertise, develop relevant topic areas, and actively help shape the content direction of the Automotive Practice.
Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops and discussions at management level internally, with clients, and at events.
Develop practical solution approaches for key clients and conduct data-driven analyses, including deriving clear recommendations for action.
Support the development of project team members, build high performers, and actively contribute to the company’s cultural and personnel growth.
Actively drive business development and project acquisition through lead generation and participation in tender processes.
Requirements
Completed degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or a related field).
Several years of relevant professional experience in management or strategy consulting (full-time).
If Bachelor’s degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience.
If Master’s degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
Solid project experience within consulting, including involvement in business development activities such as project acquisition, proposal processes, or lead generation.
Willingness to travel to client sites (multiple times per week; strongly dependent on client and project).
Fluent in German and English.
Initial leadership experience and an existing client network in the automotive or adjacent industrial sector (nice to have).
