Responsibilities
Lead Anemoi’s commercial activity from first customer engagement through to contract delivery and long-term customer relationships.
Lead a small sales team, personally support major project opportunities, and work closely with engineering, projects, production, and finance.
Deliver Anemoi’s global sales strategy and revenue targets.
Personally lead and support complex, long-cycle marine equipment and retrofit sales.
Own the commercial process from opportunity qualification through to contract signature.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal governance.
Oversee development of customer business cases and ROI modelling.
Support performance analysis using vessel data, routes, fuel consumption, and utilisation.
Act as a credible technical-commercial voice with customer technical leaders.
Help develop Anemoi’s after-sales and service offering.
Requirements
Senior commercial experience in marine equipment, marine engineering, or maritime systems
A track record of selling complex technical projects
Experience working with shipowners, operators, shipyards, and technical stakeholders
Strong commercial negotiation and contracting experience
Experience leading or mentoring technical sales teams
An engineering or technical background (marine, mechanical, electrical, naval architecture, or similar)
A strong understanding of vessel operations and ship systems
Confidence in technical-commercial discussions with customer engineering teams
Experience working with performance modelling, vessel data, or ROI analysis
