Requirements
- University degree and several years of practical experience implementing agile methods (e.g., as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) in complex IT projects
- Proven success in adopting agile methods and implementing Scrum
- Background in software development is an advantage
- Scrum Master certification
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with agile teams and management
- Excellent German language skills (C1)
