- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Champion best-practice capabilities across practitioner communities
- Consult and coach senior leaders and project resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of relevant experience required
- 4+ years of successful track record with high comfort level in managing transformational initiatives, change management and financial management
- Ability to navigate stakeholder relationships and work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Strong leadership, analytical and relationship management skills
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in non-technical language to drive progress
- Experience with OnePlan PMP, ITIL certifications
