About the role
- Senior Director responsible for managing product development lifecycle for Columbia Threadneedle’s institutional and high-net-worth clients. Leading strategic initiatives and enhancing product offerings in asset management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the product development life cycle
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to position Columbia Threadneedle’s asset management capabilities
- Perform market research and analysis for product development opportunities
- Ensure efficient access to asset management capabilities across various vehicles
- Conduct fee benchmarking and profitability analysis
- Communicate product development status to senior leaders
- Support implementation of new products with senior internal partners
- Drive new institutional strategic product initiatives
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree
- Series 7 (or SIE and Series 7 top off exam) and 66 (or 63 & 65 combined) or the ability to obtain within 180 days
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience of financial industry experience
- Investment product expertise with institutional funds and/or alternative investments
