Responsibilities
Create compelling marketing messaging supporting our ETF lineup that resonates with financial advisors and other target audiences.
Maintain a suite of marketing materials that support the lifecycle.
Ensure collateral is updated on a regular cadence.
Establish metrics, measure results and use the results to make recommendations to enhance product specific marketing initiatives/programs.
Design, develop and execute implementation plan for complex product marketing programs/initiatives that support our ETF capabilities.
Build and maintain effective relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and connectivity of messaging.
Requirements
3-5 years of financial services marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent in a related field
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to take ambiguous or conceptual ideas and turn them into tactical campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Microsoft Excel
