About the role

  • Intern supporting property payment operations in a team that enhances customer experience at American Tower. Processing ownership changes and payment discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our team with responsibilities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and identifying the optimization of internal processes.
  • Support our programs, teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners by processing ownership changes, researching payment discrepancies, processing owner reimbursement, job shadowing, and much more.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • An interest in the wireless tower industry, real estate, finance, or law.
  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to manage tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • An ability to participate in professional meetings with employees at multiple levels.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently within the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Excel functions; Salesforce and Oracle skills are a bonus.
