- Identify, research, and develop investment ideas and recommendations for the Heritage and MID portfolios

- Internalize and implement American Century's disciplined investment process
- Prepare research templates and earnings models as a framework for communicating an investment thesis
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of buy-side, fundamental research experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience covering the Industrial sector globally
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious individual possessing a combination of strong quantitative skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of the research team
- Self-starter with ability to determine priorities, plan, organize, and follow-through on assignments
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form with high accuracy and attention to detail
- MBA or equivalent experience required
- CFA preferred
