About the role
- Junior Finance Operations Analyst at papernest ensuring reliability of financial flows and building scalable processes. Manage billing cycles and coordinate finance interns to optimize the finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the absolute reliability of financial flows while building scalable processes.
- Manage the daily billing cycle and payment flows including rejects, refunds, and integrations with various tools.
- Design and implement financial controls to ensure data integrity.
- Identify friction points, automate repetitive tasks, and support upcoming migrations.
- Solve complex billing discrepancies and conduct analyses to optimize cash flow.
- Support and coordinate the tasks of a Finance intern.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 3 years’ experience in Audit or Finance Operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in data troubleshooting and navigating complex back-office tools (Django, SQL is a plus).
- Bilingual in Spanish & English; must communicate fluently with local Spanish partners/banks while collaborating with the French-speaking HQ.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- High autonomy, rigor, and ability to thrive in a shifting, high-growth environment.
