Technical Pre-Sales Consultant in Global Media Sales Team for Digital Media & Metasearch in hospitality. Driving business growth by engaging clients and supporting commercial teams across APAC.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify target accounts for outreach and engagement, delivering actionable leads to the commercial team.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, prioritizing by value and strategic fit.
Collaborate closely with field sales, account strategy, and marketing teams to advance opportunities and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
Prepare and present media proposals, working with internal teams (customer delivery, media pricing, legal) to ensure client needs are met.
Support client onboarding for the first 2-3 months post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
Assist with renewal pitches and complex deals, providing expertise and support as needed.
Vet potential clients for suitability, leveraging market knowledge to guide strategic decisions.
Deliver demos and presentations to customers (in person or virtually).
Support renewals for large, critical deals and contribute to retention efforts.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders frequently, including Directors of Sales, Sales Leadership, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in digital media sales or similar roles ideally within the hospitality industry or SaaS environment.
Proven expertise with digital media platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and a strong understanding of the sales process and buyer cycle.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage effectively with C-level clients and internal teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and building lasting relationships.
