About the role
- Projektmanager:in Bauphase overseeing engineering and construction for renewable energy projects. Responsible for project coordination, budget management, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for your ongoing and upcoming projects from the point of approval
- Coordinate and manage your projects after approval and coordinate the trades for project execution
- Early assessment of implications of conditions and requirements on the construction phase
- Develop sequencing and decommissioning concepts in collaboration with specialist departments
- Ensure processes in accordance with our Stage Gate methodology
- Regular project meetings with the relevant departments and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for budget and construction schedules
- Transition projects to operations after acceptance
Requirements
- Completed degree, certified technician in engineering or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes in the wind energy sector required
- Solid experience in multi-project management
- Understanding of commercial and legal topics
- Basic MS Office skills
- Very good German (spoken and written) and good English
- Structured and organized working style
- Willingness to travel
- Driver’s license (Class B)
