Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop the site's EHS programs
- Manage and coach the EHS team and collaborate closely with plant management
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards

- Support internal audits and develop measures to promote a culture of workplace safety and environmental awareness
Requirements
- Degree in safety engineering, environmental management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in EHS management, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of occupational safety, environmental protection, and ISO management systems
- Proven leadership experience
- Confident communication skills in both English and German
- Ability to explain technical details accurately in English
- Analytical thinking, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality
