About the role

• Project Manager at Altavia Wetail overseeing print production and client relations while optimizing project briefs. Requires strong experience in graphic industries and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to clients
• Coordinate the production of print materials
• Manage supplier relationships
• Oversee the project file through to pre-press/pre-production
• Understand the client's technical brief and optimize it
• Be familiar with printing techniques and master the print production workflow
• Select suppliers based on client needs (cost, quality, lead time)
• Manage supplier relations
• Ensure production follow-up (administrative aspects, coordination of service providers through to deliverables inspection)
• Handle the account's administrative follow-up

Requirements

• Degree or higher education in graphic industries/print production, with at least 3 years' experience in the field, ideally in an agency or on the client/brand side
• Comfortable with project management
• Team spirit and client satisfaction are priorities for you
• Recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, curiosity and proactivity
