Responsibilities

- Producir y coordinar piezas en todos los formatos: newsletter, redes, video, podcast
- Publicar y distribuir en tiempo y forma
- Coordinar el equipo de diseño, filmación, fotografía y edición
- Hacer seguimiento de tareas y producción
- Documentar procesos y mantener ordenado el hub de contenido
- Preparar insumos, ordenar ideas y facilitar la creación: entrevistas, prompts, outlines, briefs
- Identificar y pitchear oportunidades de contenido
- Monitorear el desempeño de los contenidos (engagement, aperturas, alcance) y proponer ajustes con criterio
Requirements
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia relevante en marketing, comunicación o creación de contenido
- Formación en marketing, periodismo, comunicación o afines
- Experiencia en creación de contenido de marca (newsletters, podcasts, video, blogs, redes)
- Manejo de canales digitales: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Substack, Spotify, YouTube
- Experiencia trabajando con marcas personales, CEOs o figuras públicas (muy valorado)
- Inglés avanzado y fluido
- Excelente redacción en español
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión (Asana, Trello o similar)
