Responsibilities
Management and optimization of all HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes — including employee retention initiatives and measures to assess and improve employee satisfaction
Reporting and analysis of HR metrics
Advising and supporting managers on labor law, organizational and HR-strategy matters
Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal policies
Implementation of talent development and training programs
Potential to assume leadership of the HR department in the future
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational/Work Psychology or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in HR management, ideally in a medium-sized company
Strong expertise in labor law and HR-related processes
Excellent communication skills, structured and solution-oriented working style, and confident presence at all hierarchy levels
Experience with current HR systems and modern HR methods
Openness to new approaches and a drive to develop personally and expand the area of responsibility
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
