Responsibilities
Proactive Growth: Hunt for high-potential agency accounts through self-driven outreach and smart prospecting.

Requirements
Native-level Dutch (C2) and excellent English (C1).
Proven experience in digital ad sales or agency account management.
A track record of independently building pipelines, negotiating, and closing with decision-makers.
Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus!) and analyzing customer data.
Understanding of how agencies operate, from media buying to client relationships.
