About the role

Responsibilities

  • Optimize & Retain: Provide ongoing support to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with newly onboarded and existing hosts.
  • Tailored Consulting: Work with hosts to maximize the quality of their listings through personalized account optimization.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Use tools like Salesforce to track progress, manage high-value accounts, and achieve your engagement KPIs.
  • Voice of the Customer: Identify opportunities to improve products and processes based on real customer feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to refine best practices and deliver outstanding results.
  • Forward-looking: Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training to remain at the top of your game.

Requirements

  • Language Expert: Native-level German (C2) and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Growth Mindset: Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Organized: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools is a strong plus!
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
