Real Estate & Delivery Infrastructure Manager overseeing logistics network development projects for Allegro. Managing entire real estate development processes from site search to facility handover.
Responsibilities
Supervising the implementation of logistics network development projects (Depots, HUBs, Fulfillment Centers).
Overseeing the entire real estate development process – from site search and contract negotiations, through construction, to facility handover, including relocations and closures.
Developing and updating standards for logistics facilities (Depots, HUBs).
Negotiating lease agreements and fit-out costs.
Planning infrastructure for delivery centers and sorting facilities, and negotiating sorting technology contracts.
Supporting the preparation of real estate-related CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
Ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, environmental, and health and safety standards across all business areas.
Managing supplier relationships and subcontractor service agreements, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Managing and developing the team.
Implementing new technologies (sorting, AI).
Requirements
Have good knowledge of issues related to the construction of warehouses.
Have min. 4 years of experience in similar position.
Graduated from University with a master degree.
Are fluent in English.
Have worked with CAPEX plan in relation to investment plans.
Have a strong experience in controlling costs, managing budgets and ensuring targets in realization of construction works execution.
Can lead the development of departmental performance through effective use of KPI’s.
Display outstanding ability in leading and developing multi-disciplined engineering teams, including technicians to Construction Engineers.
Expect tasks that have a deeper meaning (not just “I was ordered to do it”) and want to enjoy the results of their work.
Are eager to continuously develop their skills and expand their knowledge.
