Senior Salesforce CRMA Developer designing and optimizing analytics solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights using large-scale datasets and dashboards.
Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce CRMA solutions, from data ingestion through visualization and user interaction;
Work with very large datasets (up to ~5B rows), ensuring performance, scalability, and data accuracy;
Build and optimize CRMA Recipes, including advanced data transformations, aggregations, and calculations;
Implement complex joins across multiple data sources, including Lookup, Left Join, Right Join, Inner Join, Outer Join;
Perform data aggregation and summarization to support executive-level reporting and analytics use cases;
Develop sophisticated data bindings to enable dynamic, context-aware dashboard behaviour;
Design and deliver interactive dashboards;
Configure and implement record-level actions that allow users to take action directly from analytics;
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into analytics solutions;
Optimize dashboard and recipe performance using best practices for data volume, SAQL, and query design;
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on CRMA best practices, architecture, and performance tuning.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, with minimum 3 years focused on Salesforce CRMA / Einstein Analytics;
Strong hands-on experience with recipe building and dataflows, complex joins and data modelling, and data aggregation and transformation techniques;
Proven experience designing interactive, user-friendly dashboards for executive and operational audiences;
Experience implementing record-level actions and integrating analytics with core Salesforce objects and processes;
Deep understanding of complex data binding, faceting, and navigation within CRMA dashboards;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex implementations;
Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders.
Extra edge:
Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Einstein Analytics certifications;
Experience integrating external data sources (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, APIs);
Consulting experience delivering analytics solutions in enterprise environments;
Familiarity with SAQL and performance tuning for high-volume datasets.
