Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in applying the B2B marketing strategy and tactics to support key sales objectives within LATAM.
Help ensure that all executed marketing activities adhere to the overall global marketing strategy and the priorities set by the Regional Sales and Marketing Teams.
Coordinate the regional and local execution of marketing initiatives to engage the local advertiser communities regularly (e.g., managing logistics for Events, gathering content, organizing swag, distributing materials, etc.).
Partner with cross-functional teams and partners to adapt global messaging into precise, persuasive, and locally relevant communications and assets.
Coordinate with external vendors (like PR and Event agencies) to facilitate the execution of local awareness and activation initiatives in the countries of the region.
Requirements
Requires undergraduate degree level or advanced vocational qualification preferably in: Marketing Management, Business Administration or similar
Position requires at least 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing in more than 1 market in LATAM.
Familiarity with the Digital Advertising Ecosystem: Basic understanding of digital advertising, ad tech platforms, and key components of data-driven marketing.
Working Knowledge of B2B Marketing: Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives within a digital landscape, ideally in the advertising or technology sector.
Data Analysis & Measurement Support: Demonstrated ability to assist in the analysis of campaign performance metrics and support efforts to gather data for optimization and ROI reporting.
Collaboration Experience: Experience assisting with or supporting co-marketing campaigns and activities involving external partners or vendors.
Local Market Awareness: Ability to quickly adapt communication and execution plans to different local markets, showing sensitivity to cultural nuances.
Clear Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Event Coordination Support: Experience coordinating logistical elements for events or webinars (virtual and in-person), including managing vendor needs, supplies, and timelines.
