Responsibilities
Providing 3rd level support regarding Microsoft 365 solutions for ALDI International countries (globally)
Operation of M365 global infrastructure
Collaboration with 3rd party vendors
Analysis, classification and resolution of system failures
Handling incidents, requests, changes and problems
Improving processes (documentation, automation)
Cooperate with national and international IT departments
Requirements
Strong knowledge about Microsoft 365-technologies, especially Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft OneDrive for Business, Conferencing and Voice solutions, Apps for Enterprise
Strong experience with Security Appliances and Azure Active Directory and Azure solutions, Intune and MTRs (meeting room devices), Microsoft Purview
Strong knowledge about M365 tenant administration
Solid knowledge about telephony basics (SIP, ITSP management)
Knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell
Power platform (especially Power Automate and Power Apps) knowledge is an advantage
Strong English language skills (German knowledge is an advantage)
Completed or ongoing education in the field of IT, or relevant experience
