About the role

Responsibilities
- You are part of project-specific teams and independently handle essential and significant workstreams
- You independently perform central evaluations and analyses
- With the appropriate experience, you also lead projects
- Together with the team, you develop ideas and solution approaches for our clients on planning, strategic, and economic issues
- You prepare workshops and strategy retreats/off-sites with experienced consultants and accompany or facilitate them yourself
- You work with the team to continuously develop up-to-date and optimized consulting solutions
Requirements
- You have a degree in economics/business administration — ideally with a focus on hospital management or health economics
- Ideally you have initial or proven practical experience in a hospital or in a healthcare consulting firm
- You enjoy working with people and clients and like being on site
- You enjoy working with data and have strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You enjoy learning and have a passion for digital solutions
- Working with MS Office applications is part of your everyday routine.
