Senior Product Owner leading the development of AI-driven recruitment automation solution for internal tools. Focused on improving recruiter efficiency through automation processes and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal AI-powered recruitment automation tools;
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, recruiters, and engineering teams;
Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals;
Define detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
Manage and prioritize backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
Lead sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions with the team;
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows (e.g., candidate evaluation, feedback generation, scheduling automation);
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively propose solutions;
Track product metrics and ensure delivered features bring measurable value
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in software development
Proven experience owning and delivering internal tools or automation platforms
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery processes
Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to haves: Experience with AI/ML, LLM-based products, or automation solutions
Background in HRTech, recruitment processes, or ATS systems
Experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools
Technical background (ex-engineer or strong system understanding)
