About the role

  • Complaints Regulatory Reporting Lead managing complaint metrics and regulatory compliance for AIG operations. Designing frameworks and reports that enhance operational improvement and decision making across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain complaint metric frameworks
  • Produce thematic analysis reports
  • Partner with underwriting and claims metric teams
  • Build and maintain reports measuring regulatory compliance
  • Track and report on workforce capacity metrics
  • Maintain internal compliance scorecards
  • Conduct ongoing data quality analysis
  • Define and enforce data standards
  • Identify data gaps
  • Champion the use of tools and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 7+ years of reporting experience in operations, complaints management, or regulatory compliance within insurance or financial services
  • Strong understanding of complaints regulatory frameworks across one or more jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated ability to design reports and dashboards that drive decisions, not just describe activity
  • Strong data quality and governance instincts
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Clear, confident communicator with experience presenting complex findings
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools – advanced Excel, Cognos, SQL, PowerBI, or similar platforms
