About the role
- Environmental Analyst responsible for geoprocessing and spatial analysis at Agrotools. Engaging in environmental legislation and preparing technical reports with team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for environmental analyses with technical expertise in geoprocessing;
- Deforestation analyses using satellite imagery;
- Understand current environmental legislation;
- Socio-environmental analyses in accordance with sustainability protocols;
- Prepare technical reports and interact with clients.
Requirements
- Must reside in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, or the surrounding region;
- Alternate Saturdays required, half-day only;
- Knowledge of GIS (QGIS/ArcGIS), remote sensing, geoprocessing and spatial analysis;
- Environmental legislation and the Forest Code;
- Environmental licenses, Terms of Commitment, and Conduct Adjustment Agreements;
- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Technical writing and report preparation;
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Biology, Geography, Agronomy or related fields.
