About the role

• Quality Analyst ensuring software excellence in avionic projects at DB company. Collaborating with teams to promote continuous improvement in development processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all stages of the software development lifecycle (planning, requirements, design, coding, testing, and internal/external deliveries);
• Conduct internal training and software process audits, ensuring adherence to standards, methodologies, and techniques;
• Manage and monitor corrective actions, reporting non-conformities and ensuring compliance with established requirements and plans;
• Prepare and review project documentation, and support proposal preparation and budget control;
• Create, update, and optimize processes and procedures, promoting continuous improvement;
• Support activities related to the certification of subcontractors involved in software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Advanced English;
• Knowledge of Software Development/Engineering methodologies and processes;
• Experience with management and development tools (requirements, testing, configuration management) and proficiency in MS Office;
• Knowledge of standards and guides such as DO-178, MIL-STD, CMMI, ISO, as well as requirements engineering;
• Previous experience in Software Quality Assurance;
• Experience with audit processes and understanding of civil and/or military aviation regulations will be considered a plus.
