Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the company's operational legal matters, with a focus on drafting and reviewing strategic and operational contracts.
- Provide legal advisory support on labor, corporate, tax and intellectual property matters.
- Execute the registration and protection of Agenda Edu's intellectual property.
- Manage and organize the legal department's knowledge base, including documents and information.
- Supervise the legal team in researching legislation, doctrine and case law, preparing documents and policies, spreadsheets and presentations, and in sending documents and collecting signatures.
- Interact with other departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate legal solutions.
- Maintain contact with public agencies, external law firms and other entities for necessary diligences and representations.
- Ensure the company's legal compliance, assisting in the implementation and monitoring of LGPD and Compliance programs.
- Regularly report activities and the progress of legal projects to direct leadership.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in contracts, intellectual property, tax and labor law;
- Basic knowledge of accounting, corporate law and taxation;
- Basic knowledge of the education and technology markets;
- Knowledge of legal structures used in the provision of financial services;
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance applicable to financial services.
