Responsibilities
Create and implement from scratch the intake process for creative requests (form, SLA, prioritization);
Manage the production pipeline of designers and video editors;
Allocate and hire professionals according to the complexity, deadline and specialty of each request;
Ensure SLA compliance and act proactively to resolve bottlenecks;
Lead the implementation of generative AI tools in the creative workflow (image, video and motion);
Define when and how to use AI to accelerate production;
Train and enable designers and editors to use tools productively, such as VEO3 and Midjourney;
Monitor reductions in cost per piece (CPP) and speed gains resulting from AI adoption;
Serve as the point of contact between marketing and the creative team;
Participate in campaign planning meetings;
Ensure adherence to Afya's Brand System in all deliverables;
Monitor department KPIs: on-time delivery rate (SLA compliance), % rework and cost per piece;
Conduct monthly analyses of creative performance.
Requirements
Solid experience in marketing, agency work or in-house creative operations;
Experience managing projects and multidisciplinary teams;
Background in agencies or companies in technology, education, healthcare or at a similar scale (a plus);
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications or related fields;
Proficiency with project management tools: ClickUp, Asana or similar;
Active use of generative AI in daily creative work: Midjourney, Runway, VEO3, ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs or equivalents;
Ability to create and refine prompts for image, video and copy generation while maintaining brand consistency;
Functional knowledge of Figma;
Ability to read and interpret performance metrics: GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads;
AI-first mindset;

Ability to prioritize under pressure;
Proactivity to create processes where none exist.
