About the role

  • Commercial Manager leading business strategy and client acquisition efforts for technology solutions at Grupo AFL. Overseeing sales team performance and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's commercial strategy, focusing on prospecting new clients and developing business opportunities, especially for technology products and solutions.
  • Actively prospect new clients and identify business opportunities, with an emphasis on technology solutions and products.
  • Manage and develop the commercial team, monitoring performance, targets and KPIs, promoting continuous training and alignment with company strategies.
  • Lead and support strategic negotiations and consultative sales, from prospecting through contract closing and follow-up on client satisfaction.
  • Structure and monitor the sales funnel, ensuring predictable results and consistent growth of the client portfolio.
  • Develop and present strategic commercial proposals aligned with client needs and the positioning of the offered technology solutions.
  • Conduct market analyses, including competitive research, benchmarking and trend identification, especially within the technology segment.
  • Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring retention, contract expansion and strengthening of long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and technology teams in the development and enhancement of solutions, bringing market insights and demand.
  • Evaluate, implement and optimize CRM tools, marketing automation and other solutions that support commercial management.
  • Represent the company at corporate events, strategic meetings and market engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure execution of the commercial strategy aligned with company growth targets, mission, vision and values.
  • Willingness to travel as required by commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Technology or related fields.
  • Proven experience in commercial management and leading sales teams, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Experience with consultative sales of technology solutions, software, digital services or IT products.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and developing commercial strategies.
  • Knowledge of sales funnel management, commercial KPIs and revenue predictability.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and negotiation ability.
  • Knowledge of tax-related solutions is desirable.
