Responsibilities

Conduct market analyses, including competitive research, benchmarking and trend identification, especially within the technology segment.
Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring retention, contract expansion and strengthening of long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing, product and technology teams in the development and enhancement of solutions, bringing market insights and demand.
Evaluate, implement and optimize CRM tools, marketing automation and other solutions that support commercial management.
Represent the company at corporate events, strategic meetings and market engagement initiatives.
Ensure execution of the commercial strategy aligned with company growth targets, mission, vision and values.
Willingness to travel as required by commercial activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Technology or related fields.
Proven experience in commercial management and leading sales teams, preferably in B2B sales.
Experience with consultative sales of technology solutions, software, digital services or IT products.
Proven track record of meeting targets and developing commercial strategies.
Knowledge of sales funnel management, commercial KPIs and revenue predictability.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and negotiation ability.
