Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving quotas for designated brands and/or business units, working as part of a team with the brand's assigned PSM.
Complete the sales certifications required by the designated brand.
Manage and train our channels using vendor tools.
Manage and train channels in the Vendor Channel Program.
Understand how to configure licenses/hardware to be able to price and quote correctly.
Prepare quotes and follow up on deals through the transaction.
Monitor the credit status of channels.
Manage and quote renewals.
Keep information updated in the ERP (NetSuite): forecasting and deal progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
1 to 2 years of experience in the technology market working with channels and vendors/manufacturers (required).
Knowledge of sales for products/services related to personal data processing and data governance.
Brand-specific certifications as required by the vendors you will work with.
Strong technical knowledge.
Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish (desired).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, general systems, and software/hardware for IT equipment.
