- Trainer for AI Compliance and Quality Management at Adinger, requiring expertise in AI, data protection, and quality management. Focus on training delivery and content adaptation in hybrid settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our AI compliance trainings in cooperation with the IHK (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce)
- Conduct ISO 9001 training, especially for managers and leaders
- Impart practical, hands-on knowledge on AI, data protection, compliance, and quality management (QM)
- Adapt content to target audiences and real-world requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our training formats
Requirements
- Experience as a trainer, coach, or facilitator (online or in-person)
- Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: AI, AI compliance, data protection, ISO 9001, quality management, information security, or GRC
- Confident presence and strong didactic/pedagogical skills
- Ability and willingness to make complex topics understandable without resorting to buzzwords
- Structured and reliable working style
