About the role

• Product Owner supporting HR processes at ADEO's Terradeo location, assisting in the configuration and documentation of ADONIS tool.

Responsibilities

• Tool Structuring and Configuration: Assist the team (Product Manager and Business Process Expert) in the structuring, technical and functional configuration of ADONIS to ensure a faithful and consistent implementation of ADEO group's business processes.
• Documentation: Maintain and update functional documentation, user guides and training materials related to the ADONIS tool.
• Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze and synthesize user feedback on ADONIS usage.
• Requirements Management: Work closely with the Product Manager to formalize, compile and prioritize requirements and new features to be integrated into the tool.
• Improvement Actions: Identify and propose concrete continuous improvement actions.
• Deployment and Onboarding: Actively participate in preparing tool deployment phases and onboarding new users.
• Communication and Training Materials: Contribute to the creation of communication and training materials to facilitate tool adoption.
• Support, Monitoring and Reporting: Support, monitor and report on tool usage.

Requirements

• Final-year Master's student (Master 2) at a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in:
• Project Management
• Information Systems
• Organization / Processes
• Digital Transformation
• Product Management (a plus)
• A first experience (internship or work-study) related to processes, digital or project management is a real plus but not mandatory.
• Interest in process modeling, digital tools or documentation structuring.
