Responsibilities
- Lead the design, management and integration of EIA solutions for industrial installations
- Provide technical management of EIA projects or EIA scopes within multidisciplinary projects
- Define requirements, develop specifications and validate technical decisions
- Ensure detailed planning, stakeholder coordination and compliance with HSEQ standards
- Work closely with production, maintenance, process engineering, engineering departments and suppliers
- Carry out or supervise design studies, technical documentation and risk analyses
- Monitor schedules, costs and progress, and identify and correct deviations in a timely manner
- Participate in FAT/SAT, commissioning and acceptance phases.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in EIA engineering in process industries (chemical or pharmaceutical)
- Understanding of CAN-type specifications
- Excellent knowledge of electrotechnics, ATEX, control systems (DCS) and industrial instrumentation
- Knowledge of Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT) and industrial QHSE standards
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Good communication skills, analytical mindset, autonomy and a solution-oriented approach
- Very good level of French and proficiency in technical English.
