Public Relations Administrator handling reporting and project support for the strategy team in Jakarta. Assist in PR communications and client deliverables while ensuring accurate performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the strategy and communications team, particularly the account leads.
Work closely with the strategic researcher (supporting strategy and impact planning) to ensure aligned and consistent reporting across dashboards.
Create and maintain 24-hour PRL reports and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and on-time submission.
Review monthly performance results, compiling insights and updating dashboards to track progress and outcomes.
Coordinate quarterly review meetings, including scheduling, preparing presentations, and collating results for internal and client sessions.
Attend internal and client meetings virtually, capturing detailed minutes and managing follow-up actions to support delivery.
Develop internal and client kick-off decks to support new account onboarding and set teams up for success.
Provide administrative and project management support across accounts, helping ensure tasks, documentation, and timelines remain organised and up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in PR/communications administration, reporting, or project support (agency experience preferred).
Strong reporting and analytical skills, including working with dashboards and data tools.
Confident preparing presentations and coordinating meetings, including minutes and follow-up actions.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisation and document management skills.
Clear communicator, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities to deadline.
