Responsibilities
Revenue and profit responsibility for your sales territory with a focus on specialized therapies in the hospital setting
Management, expansion and strategic development of key accounts (university hospitals, transplant centers, medical key opinion leaders)
Analysis of the market environment and development of strategies to unlock potential
Independent management of the entire sales process – from target planning to implementation
Organization and execution of scientific events as well as presence at national and international congresses
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Sales Management)
Consistent use of CRM tools and feedback systems for market monitoring and management
Requirements
Degree in natural sciences, medicine or pharmacy, or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative
Several years of experience in (university) hospital sales or key account management in the prescription (Rx) sector
Ideally, knowledge or experience in transplantation, immunology, oncology or intensive care medicine
Strong communication skills and the ability to strategically build and maintain networks with hospital decision-makers
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Willingness to travel frequently and residence within the sales territory
Excellent German and good English language skills
