About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical support in Safety, Environment and Health (HSE) for subsea operations
- Develop, review and implement HSE processes and routines according to Petrobras Guidelines
- Support the planning, scheduling and control of CIOPSub activities from an HSE perspective
- Prepare and review risk analyses (APR, What If, FMEA, Bow-Tie, among others)
- Apply management and quality methodologies (PDCA, Pareto Diagram, Cause-and-Effect, Flowcharts)
- Participate in incident management and response according to the Incident Command System (ICS)
- Monitor HSE performance indicators, preparing reports and dashboards (Power BI)
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical advisory to operational teams on best safety practices for subsea operations
- Promote continuous improvements in safety, health and environmental processes
- Prepare monthly reports for contractual measurement according to the technical specification
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with specialization or postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering (recognized by MEC)
- Active registration with CREA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil & gas sector
- Proficient in: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office suite, Power BI and SharePoint
- Risk analysis tools: Bow-Tie, FMEA, What If, APR, PMBOK
- Quality management tools: PDCA, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, Pareto Diagram, Flowcharts
- Knowledge of ICS (Incident Command System)
- Knowledge of Subsea Projects and Operations
