About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth of Sage X3 implementation activities in the Western region
- Support clients in their transformation projects and in the implementation of Sage X3
- Analyze existing processes and lead business requirements gathering
- Perform functional configuration of Sage X3 modules related to the Supply Chain
- Manage integration testing and validate the consistency of flows between modules
- Design and deliver user training sessions
- Provide go-live support and follow up on post-go-live application maintenance (TMA)
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with proven hands-on experience in one or more of these areas
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Effective trainer with the ability to onboard and support users
- Highly autonomous in organizing your work and taking initiative
- Ability to prioritize, work proactively, and manage your tasks with rigor
- Professional proficiency in English is an advantage for international projects
- Comfortable using an ERP or management software; knowledge of Sage X3 is a plus
- Motivated to progress professionally and build trusting relationships with clients
