About the role

Responsibilities
- You will join our Consulting division, where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.
- Deliver AMOA (Assistance to the Project Owner) consulting services to our clients.
- Lead and manage AMOA projects.
- Define business needs and write solution/requirements specifications.
- Provide methodological support for project delivery.
- Develop and implement change management plans.
- Design integrated Core Models.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
- Document business requirements.
- Prepare decision documents and business cases.
- Manage projects (scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, etc.).
- Perform business acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide user support and accompany users during rollout.
Requirements
- You hold a higher education degree and have significant experience leading digital transformation projects, either in-house or at a consulting firm.
- Experience managing ERP projects is an advantage.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, expertise in business management processes, and a solid IT background.
- Proficiency in English and/or other European languages is an asset for supporting our international clients.
