Responsibilities
Take central responsibility for lifecycle marketing, automation, and cross-channel customer communication
Design and optimize our customer journeys across all touchpoints
Campaign development & execution: Plan, implement, and continuously improve email and messenger marketing campaigns
Content development & optimization: Conceptualize innovative formats, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve the quality of our customer communications
Analysis & reporting: Monitor all relevant KPIs, produce reports, and derive concrete growth and optimization measures
Automation & efficiency: Build, maintain, and optimize marketing automations in the CRM or with tools such as Make.com, N8N, or Zapier
Coordination & collaboration: Work closely with Product, Data, CRM, Creative teams and local offices
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of operational and strategic experience in growth or marketing automation, ideally with a focus on email marketing
Experience in end-to-end campaign management — from briefing to optimization
Strong analytical skills and confident use of Google Suite, Analytics/Looker, CRM systems, tracking tools, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Make.com, N8N)
High motivation, proactivity and ownership — you want to initiate, scale, and improve processes
Startup DNA: pragmatic, fast, and solution-oriented
Fluent German (C-level); English rarely required
