Responsibilities
Define and implement the global enablement strategy across all GTM functions, aligned to business growth objectives.
Build repeatable frameworks that scale onboarding, training, coaching, and performance acceleration.
Develop onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity for Sales, CSMs, and GTM leadership.
Establish ongoing enablement programs to upskill teams in solution selling, customer value articulation, and competitive differentiation.
Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and RevOps to create and manage effective enablement content, playbooks, and toolkits.
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning are embedded across customer-facing teams.
Collaborate with CRO, CMO, and regional leaders to identify skills gaps and design enablement programs that drive measurable impact (pipeline generation, conversion rates, retention, upsell).
Provide leaders with coaching frameworks, analytics, and tools to manage performance at scale.
Build strong partnerships with Product, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure enablement programs are aligned to business priorities.
Partner closely with L&D to ensure leadership development and employee growth strategies are integrated with enablement initiatives.
Define and track KPIs that demonstrate enablement’s impact on GTM productivity, revenue performance, and customer outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve enablement programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, education, or organizational development a plus.
12+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Enablement, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology organizations.
Demonstrated success building global enablement programs that improve time-to-ramp, quota attainment, and customer engagement.
Exceptional ability to influence, coach, and align cross-functional executives and GTM leaders.
Skilled at balancing long-term enablement strategy with urgent execution needs in a fast-moving environment.
Strong ability to measure and articulate the business impact of enablement initiatives.
