Responsible for establishing and advancing partner operations
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in partner management, channel leadership, strategic alliances, or comparable roles within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems that contribute significant revenue
Experience building, leading, and scaling international teams
Deep understanding of channel economics, go-to-market strategies, and partner lifecycle management
Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring complex partnership agreements
Highly strategic thinker with strong execution ability and a track record of delivering measurable results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
