Responsibilities
Define and execute the company-wide data strategy aligned with business goals
Build and lead cross-functional data teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with senior technical and business leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement
Ensure scalable, global data solutions that uphold high standards of quality, integrity, and accessibility across the enterprise
Build platforms and analytics to answer business questions, support product innovation, and deepen client understanding
Champion AI and data literacy across the organization
Oversee sub-teams including Business Intelligence, AI Center of Excellence, Quantitative Research, Analytics Engineering, and Client Engagement Software
Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work with systems owners and Data Pipeline Engineering to obtain new data sources
Requirements
Master’s degree in technical fields or analytical fields such as Financial Math, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
15+ years in analytics/technology in Financial Markets, including 10+ years in leadership
Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake) and analytics tools (e.g. Sigma, SageMaker)
Expertise in analyzing Options, Futures and Equities market data
Experience adopting and deploying enterprise-wide AI solutions
Experience reviewing technical solutions and code (e.g. SQL, Python)
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing data teams
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
Deep understanding of how data interacts across systems, teams, and business processes to uncover insights, anticipate needs and drive enterprise-wide decision making
