Responsibilities
Lead strategy development and marketing for a book of NFP clients in the Atlantic region
Collaborate with account service team and client to gain strategy alignment
Execute national and regional broking strategies for optimal client outcomes
Engage with producers to identify market opportunities
Develop and execute strategy for at-risk accounts
Drive placement strategy and execution
Collaborate with account management teams to ensure complete and timely submissions
Support team members in responding to client queries
Drive and support prospect sales efforts and expand existing client relationships
Requirements
P&C Insurance License required
10+ years of experience in commercial P&C broking
Proven leadership experience in managing teams
Ability to mentor and develop talent
Deep carrier relationships and market knowledge across the Atlantic region
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus
Proven technical competency and creativity in property and casualty solutions
