VP of Consumer Products leading sales, marketing, and business development for Bitcoin-based tools at Blockstream. Responsible for strategy, execution, and coordination to drive consumer-facing Bitcoin adoption.
Responsibilities
Lead all sales and business development activities for Blockstream’s consumer products, expanding adoption and market share.
Define and implement pricing models that align with profitability targets and long-term growth goals.
Build new sales channels and affiliate programs to broaden reach and distribution.
In partnership with marketing, drive growth initiatives that generate demand, leads, and conversions for Blockstream consumer products.
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, create awareness of consumer products across target market segments through PR, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and technical evangelism.
Serve as a primary source of market and customer requirements to guide product enhancements and new offerings.
Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and business development teams to align product, brand, and market strategies.
Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the success of the consumer business unit.
Requirements
Proven track record in senior leadership roles within consumer product management, fintech, blockchain, or technology industries.
Strong experience leading sales and channel development strategies that deliver measurable results.
Demonstrated ability to drive demand generation and build awareness through integrated marketing, PR, and evangelism.
Experience defining pricing models and managing P&L responsibility.
Skilled in working across product, marketing, engineering, and business development to achieve aligned outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage with executive leadership, partners, and external audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, balancing execution with long-term strategic vision.
