Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives in advisor compensation and advisory fee billing.
Partner with Strategic Leads and Domain Accountables to execute the advisor compensation and advisory fee billing strategy.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business Development to align compensation models with strategic goals.
Analyze advisor compensation models to inform strategic decisions and optimization opportunities.
Document business capabilities and create executive-level materials to communicate strategy and impact.
Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery and execution of initiatives.
Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and adoption.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management—preferably within financial services, wealth management, or FinTech.
Experience working with large wealth management institutions and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Experience within the wealth management industry across both Independent and Employee based models.
Deep understanding of financial services and wealth management industry.
Proven ability to influence leaders and build partnerships across organizations.
Self-driven with a high level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to present solutions alongside challenges.
